A health marketplace that loads fast, converts better, and costs less to host.
Trikkos is a health marketplace where performance, clarity, and trust directly affect acquisition and conversion. The mission was to redesign the platform architecture so it would load faster, cost less to operate, and perform better in search.
I worked across product, frontend, backend, and SEO concerns to redesign the experience end-to-end. This included architecture decisions, implementation, integration work, and performance optimization tied to measurable business outcomes.

The existing platform needed to support marketplace functionality while improving page speed, visibility, and maintainability. Slow pages and infrastructure overhead were holding back both user experience and business efficiency.
Because the site played a commercial role, technical choices had to improve both operational cost and customer-facing performance.
I redesigned the platform around a faster frontend architecture and a cleaner integration strategy. The result was a marketplace that loads significantly faster, integrates payments and communications cleanly, and is easier to evolve.
The work combined frontend rebuild decisions, data integration, and performance-focused implementation rather than isolated visual changes.
This project is a good example of product-minded engineering: performance optimization was not treated as a technical vanity metric, but as a lever for SEO, conversion, operating cost, and user trust.
It shows how architecture, frontend performance, and business goals can be aligned when software decisions are made in context rather than in isolation.
Let's talk about your product, platform, or operational workflow and see how I can help shape and build it.
